The rewards paid for occasional services rendered<lb/>
by contributing in different ways to the conviction<lb/>

concerned in arresting the body of the offender are<lb/>
partly fixed and partly occasional: those which are<lb/>
fixed are provided by Statute and are paid by<lb/>

accounts with the Exchequer. The rewards occasionally<lb/>
given for this species of service are in some<lb/>
