</hi><lb/> £17,500.0.0 </p> <p> But as a necessary System of energy cannot be established so as <lb/> to give effect to the regulations what have thus been proposed for the<lb/>prevention of Crimes: and as a Board of Commissioners appear to <lb/> be necessary for this purpose, I beg leave humbly to suggest to the Committee<lb/> whether instead of establishing the two Boards for Hackney <lb/>Coaches &amp; Hawkers and Pedlars it would not be a beneficial measure<lb/> in a financial point of view to consolidate them into one Board &amp; <lb/> to place under their management as a Board of police Revenue<lb/> or not only the Revenues for police purposes above suggested or </p>
