of being able to fur affect the reduction in question
in the price rests upon the assurance of having a

The plan therefore which I would pro humbly
propose for the attainment of the object in view
is as follows.

1. That under the auspices of the Board a
list should be procured of suchsorts of Machines usedemployd
in Husbandry as are any whereactually in use in any
part of the United Kingdom: as likewise of the
varieties observable in the construction os such machines
as are destined to the same use.
