Reasons for the reg prompt and regular publication
of the amount of the issue of Annuity
Notes issued.
1 First That the Bank and Members see by observing
the progress of the issue may have timely warning to withdraw their own paper out of
the circulation as the other advances — and so
not be taken by surprize.
2. That in case of the formation of a Cash Fund
by Government to for the better securing and an adequate supply for casual demands of for
hard cash, and to suffer help
apart in enabling government to dispensequestionable reading with the
support at present derived from the Bank, and in
case of the lending out a portions of that cash Fund
for limited periods, it may be before
