Partial attempts towards the construction of
the Calendar of Delin

The Calendar of Delinquency is an object that can not be considered
as beingan object altogether new or indifferent
to the eye of the legislature. Partial Attempts
towards the construction of such a Register - attempts though
partial and unconnected - are visible upon thein various
parts of the Statute Book. in a variety of places
The instances in which Convictions i:e. Records Causes (ding of Conviction)
issued by Justices out of General Sessions, have been required
to be transmitted to the General Sessions,
and there preserved to be easily collected, and too<add>notorious</add> to be worth collecting.
