Lash parts of the Frigidarium &c as are not used for Preservation, may be employd as Warehouses for articles that are periodically cheap and dear - COals - Corn &c Podics?? Currant shew the differences and Hence the gain to be made. Could not WInd in this way and with this elevation be used for supplying the Houses round about with water? At least for Cascades & other water wWorks for the Panopticon Grounds. 1 COals 2.
