Box 35 contains Bentham's writings on juries and jury trials, mostly dating from around 1791. These include observations on Paley and Blackstone (folios 63-76), on poison lawyers (folios 93-98), while material in folios 103-112 is in French.  
Box 35 contains material for Bentham's unfinished ''Constitutional Code'' and deals with legal procedure, specifically juries and jury trials. The first section of the manuscripts mostly date from around 1791, and Bentham analyses observations made by William Blackstone, William Paley, and Jean-Louis de Lolme in relation to jury trials(folios 63-76). Material in folios 103-112 is in French.  


Folios 113-296 contain an analysis of juries written in 1808 and 1809, while folios 297-316 contain material from 1823-1826 on the constitutional code. Finally, folio 331 contains Richard Phillipps's pamphlet, ''Golden Rules for Jurymen''.

The first section of the manuscripts mostly date from around 1791, and Bentham analyses observations made by William Blackstone, William Paley, and Jean-Louis de Lolme in relation to jury trials(folios 63-76). Material in folios 103-112 is in French.

Folios 113-296 contain a lengthy critical analysis of juries written in 1808 and 1809, and deal with various issues including torture, unanimity, delays, and the burdens placed upon jurors. Folios 297-316 contain material from 1823 to 1826, while folio 331 contains Richard Phillipps's pamphlet, Golden Rules for Jurymen.
