And be it further Enacted that no person who<lb/>shall be appointed to act as a Justice of peace at any of the<lb/>aforesaid Offices, nor any Barrister at Law being of Six years<lb/>standing at the least who shall execute the Office of a Justice<lb/>of Peace at any Sessions of the Peace within the said District<lb/>of the Metropolis shall by reason of such acting or executing the<lb/>Office of a Justice be construed to be within any of the Penalties<lb/>or Provisions of an Act passed in the fifth year of the Reign<lb/>of his late Majesty King George the second <sic>intituled</sic> an act for<lb/>the further qualification of Justices of the Peace nor within any<lb/>of the Penalties or provisions of an act passed in the eighteenth<lb/>year of the Reign of his said late Majesty <sic>intituled</sic> "an Act<lb/>to amend and render more effectual an Act passed in the fifth<lb/>year of his present Majesty's Reign <sic>intituled</sic> "an Act for the<lb/>further qualification of Justices of the peace."  But that every such<lb/>person who shall Act as a Justice of the peace in any of the said<lb/>Public Offices and in the said Session and, execute his and their<lb/>Office as fully and freely in all respects as if those Acts or either of<lb/> them had never been made.<lb/></p>
