A few days since I sent Your Stockings
and one pair of Gloves with Your Son's Letter by Major Gall
who promised to give them to my Son, and I now take the
opportunity by the favour of Major Morrison to send the other
two pairs of Gloves and the pair of Socks which the Major has
promised me he will send You — My Head is bad, therefore
