SIMPLIFICATION of TENURE

It is b would be but a just return in Lords of Manors for the favor shewn them by
Ambler's Bill a step towards this. the general provisions of the Law [in the Stat... Geo. c.] for facilitating inclosures to
to a system of provisions for facilitating enfranchisements.

1.
It would improve the constitution by equalising the Representation.

2.
It would be incourage Agriculture Improvements in Husbandry & the Growth of Timber now so
much wanted.

3.
When this Tenure shouldall be entirely abolished, by would contributing to the simplicity it
would be contribute to the certainty & notoriety of the Law.

Method of carrying the project into Execution might be this in Copyholds of
