Estimate
of the Expence attending the Purchase of a Spot
of Ground for the proposed
Penitentiary Establishment
To consist of a Portion of the Waste called —
Tothill Fields,
with Lands in separate Ownership adjacent the quantity
in the whole to be not less than 79 1/4 (say 80) acres.
