An experiment to
be tried is how it
fares - with Preservanda

out of the Frigidarium
and exposed to higher
a known degrees of
temperature for a
known portion of
time ( say Kitchen
temperature) and then
returned.

The use of this is
to ascertain how
busy they will be &
to be kept at the
Retail Shops for
Sub, air whether
they can be accepted
if returned.
