you to undertake the superintendence, and I have

New-Russia, and Azoph, and General Governor, or ViceRoy,
of the Crimea — To Lieutent Colonel

Sir,

The offer you have made me of being willing to take the
Charge of putting my Fabrics upon a better footing is not
