If such a man were here at present I would make such
an agreement on the part of the Prince with him. [If I
find him and succeed in improving the process myself,
I shall not reap any advantage from this any more than
from any other improvement on the Prince's estate, except
it be that which may accrue from introducing the improved
process on some estate of my own or in conjunction with
some other person on his.
