Annuity Notes Proposed Advertisement on proposed publication in Pamphlets.
It was in the year O 1800 that soon after the accession of Mrsuperscript text Addington the close of upon

by me to the Constitution constituted authorities more immediately. It was addressed
to Mr Vansittart, at that time one in conjunction
with Mr Henry Addington, one of the Secretaries of the Treasury. It
received a prompt notice. The notice taken of it was prompt
