that I hope you will send to Kaydack fo before
you go to Gluboka that no time may be lost they
may send off as many of of the smaller Guns and
Shot as they can find procure horses or oxen to transport
them with.
And if you approve the plan of having
Fire vessels, we must have 100 of the most active
Sailors from onboard the Wolodisner & Alexander, which
I would exercise to rowing in 10 ten of the best boats we can
find after having fitted them up better than any of your
rowing boats are fitted now.
The place of these
Sailors may be as well or better fitted by soldiers
in these ships as they will not be navigated.
