Escape

Be it enacted that in cases if commitment

the said Penitentiary House or with Desertion
from the service the Friendly
Bonds with escape so after or desertion[+] or aforesaid
[+] or assumption of a
false name
or any of the offences the convictedthereto respectively accessory as
above mentionedaforesaid any a Pentitentiary Prisoner
or Penitentiary Prisoner shall instead
of being committed for trial to the County Jail
or other local prison to which for any other
any other offenders would for any such offence
be for that purpose committed, be forthwith conveyed sent to the said Penitentiary
House, and there to remain till tried for trial
as herein after mentioned.
