<p>In a case of this sort if by the hand of the Judge the evil receive<lb/>
a remedy, it will not be by exemplification, but by <add><gap/></add> positive<lb/>
correction<add>of the matter</add> that it will be applied. Of this sort are the cases in which<lb/>
most <unclear>perplisity</unclear> awaits the mind of the Judge, most danger the let of<lb/>
