and the Surveyor General's Report), for the buying
out the existing Leases, that are. Purpose, the for obtaining
that actual possession, without which the Building
could not be either commenced or so much as
planned: and without which, of consequence, the
£12,000 paid to the Landlord for his rights was
and is so much public money wasted. Result Catastrophe.
The money ordered—then the expectation
of the order stopped, without reason assigned or
assignable. Feby 20th 1800. In lieu of the money
Commission given to me to proceed
upon a sham enquiry treaty,
never intended to
be fulfilled or concluded never intended to be concluded.
