Gentlemen will I hope forego my presumption—but it
is not till after 63 tears of life, and whereof some five
and forty or thereabouts chiefly occupied in the study observation of laws
and their effects—that on this as on so many other occasions I feel myself I remain not quite so well
satisfied with invariable supply for indefinitely
