Toll Book Keeper shall collect the Sale Duty on that or

No Licenced Dealer or other Person shall pass in any Country
with Horses from out of the County he purchased them or
exchang'd or bred them in or bought them from (unless in
Saddle or Harness and not intended for Sale or already in the
use or property of His Majesty; until the said Licenc'd Dealer
or other Person shall at the nearest Post Town at this entrance
into the County give a full and complete Schedule of all and
every of the Said Horses intended for Sale which said Schedule
shall be examined and compared with the Horses so
described by a Person Licenced to let Chaise and Horses for travelling
of Post upon payment of pence Pr Horse (to the said
Licenc'd keeper of Chaise ofand Horses) which Schedule shall
be by him corrected if necessary and taken to the Deputy
Post Office who shall give a receipt for the same which
receipt shall be kept by the owner of the Horse or Horses and
all such receipts shall be produced to every Buyer of any one of
the said Horses and also to the Clerk of any fair or Market and
also to the Deputy Post Office Master of the next County such
Dealer in Horses or other Person with Horses as aforesaid shall
have occasion to pass into or Travel thro' for Sale or otherwise
Horses travellying not being duly certify'd may be liable to
Seizure.

Persons buying Horses that dyeing accidentally shall transmit
in the way before Stated an Acctt of the Horse desribed
either from the Acctt in the owners possession or as true as the
circumstances will admit of paying 1s to Post office with the
desription as aforesaid.
