Postmaster on

19 18 That the partrecompence of the Postmaster on the
sale of each Annuity Note be 2d: one penny thereof to be paid
by the purchaser: the others to be allowed by and that of previous Receipt
Government: [6] for deposit money be taken out, one halfpenny
if the penny be paid on recovery such Receipt
the other on the recovery of the Note itself.
