of their terms: by setting up a subsidiary establishment <lb/>
into which all such as thought proper <lb/>
should be admitted, and in which they would be continued <lb/>
in the exercise of the trades in which they <lb/>
were employed during their confinement without <lb/>
any further expence to Government. <lb/></p>
 
<p>14_<hi rend='superscript'>th</hi> To make himself personally responsible for <lb/>
the reformatory efficacy of his management, and even <lb/>
make amends in most instances for any accident <lb/>
of its failure, by paying a sum of money for <lb/>
every prisoner convicted of a felony after his discharge, <lb/>
at a rate increasing according to the number of years <lb/>
he had been under the proposer's care: viz: a sum <lb/>
not exceeding &pound;10 if the prisoner had been in the <lb/>
Penitentiary Panopticon two years: not exceeding <lb/>
7pound;15 if three years: not exceeding &pound;20 if four years: <lb/>
not exceeding 7pound;25 if five years or upwards: such <lb/>
sum to be paid immediately on conviction, and to <lb/>
be applied to the indemnification of the persons injured <lb/>
by such subsequent offence, and to be equal <lb/>
in amount to the value of the injury, so long as it <lb/>
did not exceed the sums respectively above specified. <lb/></p>
 
15<hi rend='superscript'>th</hi>. To present to the Court of King's Bench on a <lb/>
certain day of every term, and afterwards print and <lb/>
publish at his own expence, a Report, exhibiting <lb/>
