Into the<lb/>custody of one person<lb/>and no more.<lb/>Reasons 1. As the number<lb/>of co-responsibles<lb/><sic>encreases</sic>, the effective<lb/>force and efficiency<lb/>of the responsibility<lb/>decreases.<lb/>2.
