the same footing in respects of commerce. It forms a striking contrast with the | |||

course which I have the mortification to see taken by two infant States your<sic>,</sic> juniors | |||

viz. Peru under the self styled Protector, & Mexico, under we know not as yet | |||

whom or <hi rend="underline">what</hi>. Of Colombia (tho' on this head we know not as yet of any thing that | |||

has been, if any thing has been determined -) of Colombia on this head as on every | |||
