This contract to be determined by the death

Provided that if the such death should
take place within the years from the date hereof, this
contract shall continue in force for the remainder
of such time of 14 years, for the benefit of any
person devisce of or devisces of the proposer,
such devisce or devisces being in like manner
subject to punishment and immediate removal
for misbehaviour.
Provided also that this contract shall may be
assigned over by the proposer to any fit person for any term determinable
upon his life the proposer's life, and
to toties quoties upon the death of the first any such assigner,
every such assigner remaining being in like manner
subject to immediate removal for misbehaviour
On the removal of the proposer or of any
such devisce or a assignee or in default of such devise, it shall be lawful for
the Court of King's Bench or in vacation time
for the Lord Chief Justice as aforesaid, at the instance
of his Majesty's Attorney General to appoint a fit person
