2. Each Prisoner shall be supplied at least twice a day with some kind of
wholesome food, each time to the extent of his desires :
but the quality in other respects is expressly reserved to the choice of
the Proposer as a means of influencing inducing them and
as a means of without the ininflicting aid of corporal severities
to set their hands to labour.
3. Each Prisoner is to be properly cloathed kept in a state of constant
cleanliness neatness and lightness , and to that purpose shall
be supplied at least once a year with at least one compleat suit of such cloaths
in every year as shall be allotted, with and with a clean shirt
at least twice in every week.
