Benevolence not necessarily accompanied by Beneficence
Beneficence into their benevolence
It is only in proportion to production of beneficence the
benevolence is of use.

No need to hold up self-regard ' Prudence so much to favour, the natural motives being so much more powerful.

By the word benevolence is seems to be designated the disposition
to perform exercise all those same acts in the actual exercise of which
beneficence consists.

In Of this virtue the field coincides therefore exactly with that the field of
beneficence.

Not that either of them has is necessarily for its
accompaniment the other is a necessary neither of them however is necessarily accompaniment
of the other. accompanied by the other.

That benevolence may have place without beneficence
is but too certain, as well as and sufficiently obvious.

Be the action nature if performed beneficial or pernicious,
the endeavor is liable to to fail of corresponding to becoming productive of the
intention intended effect, much more the bare desire or wish.

benevolence. In truth in the whole mass of human affairs the good of which has benevolence
