Art. 13 Within [ ] days after the last day of the
last preceding year, or if need be oftener he will publish
his annualperiodical Amendment Report. In it he will
be containedinsert into notices of the several Amendments tedreceived in his Office

within that interval with several results on
expressed under the follo heads following -

1. Amendments adoptedwhich in pursuance
of Motions by Members. adding have been adv with
the names Amendments ad of the Mover and seconder, and of any
opposer andand of the other supporters; if any, and <add>of the</add>Opposers, if any will also notice of the del also adopted of adoption

2. Amendments, adopted submitted by Judges and adopted:
with the names, personal and official, of the proposers; and the several other<add>other</add> Judicaly
authorities, through whose hands they have respectively
passed: also likeals notice. as toof the delays. of adoption

3. Amendments, submitted by Judges and rejected:
with the names of several Judicary authorities through
whose hands they have passed, and of the disapprovals,
acquiesence, or disapprovals, as per Ch. XII.S. ually
emendative function, respectively expressed by them.

4. Amendments, which, having been received in a
symmetrical form, from Ministers or persons at large
have been and having been have been adopted on Notice
made by Members, been adopted: adding together with the names of the proposers,
as well as those of the Members, and the days of adoption as above.

5. Amendments what which having been received
in symmetrical form, together and not as above moved by Members,
have dropt: members with members made of the names of
the proposers: except in so far as the contrary has been desired
by them,

6. Amendments, which, not having being in symmetrical
form, have on that account dropt: with mention of the names
of the proposers
