Written on the copy sent to the Netherlands, as follows

S..2.II. Legislation Minister.

Art 1. To the Legislation Minister it belongs,
to exercise, under the authority of the Legislature, the several
functions, as per Ch.IX. Ministers Collectively, S.4.
Functions in all, appointed to be exercised, in relation
to the several persons, and all things employed by
the Legislature, in the business of Legislation.

Articles 2 to 9 belong not to the present purpose and are therefore not inserted

Art. 10. To the Legislation Minister it belongs to
receive at the hands of every Member of the Legislature
every proposed Law, proposed by him to be moved, and thereupon
to make his report as per Art. here ensuing.

Art. 11. So likewise to receive from the Judiciary
Department proposed Amendments, as per Ch. XII. Judiciary
Collectively. S.20. Judges' eventually emendative function
and sistitive Decrees, as per S.21

Art 12. For the constant conservation of the Pannomion,
in the whole and every part thereof in symmetrical
form, clear of all additions ments which bear
no determinate relation to the matter of it, provision here
follows.

Art 13. Exceptions excepted, no proposed law
will be taken into consideration bythe Legislature
until such Report shall have been made. For the
matter and form of such Report, see Art 18. For the
reasons why it is thus rendered necessary, see Art
23. 24. 25
