S.6.2.[] Legislation Ministers functions.

Art.1 To the Legislation Ministers it belongs to the
under the authority of the Legislature, to exercise the functions three functions with relation to the instruments employed
as per Ch.IX S.2 with <add>in</add>relation to all other persons and all things in the business of legislation.

present at the sittings of the Assemblys. The Examples are
1 Members. 2. Sub- Ministers, or their Subordinates attending form the
several Sub. Departments. Clerks attendant on the Assembly.
4. Reporters, functionary or spontaneous, of its pro Debates and proceedings. 5.
Visitors Citizens and others at larges, attending in their quality of
Members of the Supreme Constitutive. 6. Foreign Ministers -
Envoy. of all ranks from foreign powers. 7. Persons under or to be under examination in attendance
in the Assembly or any of its Committees, in the quality
of witnesses or petitioners.

Art. 5. To him it belongs So, to executeexercise the statistic

laws and portions of the body of law, the duration
