Wanted to purchase
for a public purpose for a purpose of public beneficence,
for which 30 years purchase will be given , upon
the Yearly value , to be ascertained by joint appraisement —
A spot of ground , consisting of 80 Acres or
thereabouts , in the vicinity of , and having water
communication with , the Metropolis.
Persons under disability will be enabled
to convey — such as Corporations aggregate or sole
Tenants for life or in tact settled Estates , Guards
in right of their Wives Husbands , Guardians of
Infants - , Committees of Idiots or Lunatics ,
Executors to whom Land has been for
sale , or other purposes.
