Architect has his Connections ready formed<lb/>
with workmen: &amp; it may happen that among<lb/>
those connections there may be some intimate<lb/>
enough to <sic>admitt</sic> of Collusion. Such Connect<hi rend="superscript"><hi rend="underline">s</hi></hi> a<lb/>
Stranger, how well dispos'd sooner to peculate,<lb/>
would not find it quite so easy to form, nor prudent<lb/>
to Attempt to form, on first setting his foot in the<lb/>
Country.</p>
<p>Upon he whole the sev.<hi rend="superscript"><hi rend="underline"><gap/></hi></hi> courses capable of<lb/>
being taken in this respect to stand in point of<lb/>
