§.6.2. II. Legislation Ministers functions.

Art.1 To the Legislation Ministers it belongs to the
under the authority of the Legislature, to exercise the thirteen functions three functions with relation to the instruments employed

Art. 2. In particular, in relation to the Legislative Archives:

Art. 3. So, in relation to all the edifices, in which
the Assembly holds any of its sittings, and all edifices in which
are deposited kept any of its Archives; the edifices with the furniture
thereto respectively belonging.

Art. 4. In his In particular to keep in charge are all accommodation
for the several classes of persons descriptions of persons habitually or occasionally
present at the sittings of the Assemblies. The Examples are
1. Members. 2. SubMinisters, or their Subordinates attending from the
several Sub Departments. Clerks attendant on the Assembly.
4. Reporters, functionary or spontaneous, of its pro Debates and proceedings. 5.
Visitors Citizens and others at larges, attending in their quality of
Members of the Supreme Constitutive. 6. Foreign Ministers.
Envoy[s] of all ranks from foreign powers. 7. Persons under or wishing to be under examination in attendance
in the Assembly or any of its Committees, in the quality
of witnesses or petitioners.

Art. 5. To him it belongs So, to executeexercise the statistic
and melioration-suggesting functions, in relation to all temporary
laws and portions of the body of law, the duration
of which has been made rendered temporary: reportingdelivering in to the Assembly.

and such as, in the course of the year just begun are
about to expire: to the end that they may
be suffered to expire, or be continued, as the case may
