Saving Eruption.

Article.1. To the Interior Communication Minister
belong the three functions relatively to all such such instrument
of examination just and ocation between any part and of
the territory of the state, as the dispersal of

Government are the following

Minister the Indigence Relief Minister, the Education Minister, or the
National Domain Minister.
