Art.1. To the Education Minister, under the Legislature
and the Prime Minister, it belongs, to give execution and effect
to all such institutions ordinances and institutions arrangements
ing from the Legislation, in relation to the subject
of Education
Art.2. To this purpose, it belongs to him to exercise 2

so far as employed byunder the direction, or at the expence of Government in the business of Education,
