Art. 8. To this Minister belong moreover the inspective, 8

statistic, and meliorative
suggestive functions
as to Institutions
and Establishments
at expence
or under direction of
individuals, or bodies
incorporated or associated
for this purpose
statistic, and meliorative - suggestive function in relation
as to all such establishments within the as within the territory of the State , having any branch of Education
for their object,are at any on foot, or in progress, at the expence,
or under the direction, of individuals, or incorporated or other
associated bodies.

Art. 9. In the exercise of these functions thus applied On this occasion,
it belongs to him, in awith more particular measure<add>care to inquire</add>
and from time to time<add>the</add>report, whether there be any, and what, is establishments, in which institutions, by whom
application is made of the matter of punishment or that of reward, in such manner
as thereby to engage any persons to make profession of
particular in relation as to politics, morals or religion. |
