On the whole, it will be a useful<lb/>book for Spain and America; for he is bolder than<lb/>Nunez, and has translated even the passages on the subject<lb/>of religion. He says you are too monarchical — that you<lb/>do not give to the form of government sufficient importance<lb/>etc. I understand Salas was here.
