inducements the more cogent , & to bind his attention the more forcibly for giving the utmost efficacy
in his power to the reformatory part of his managements,
by finding use for the prisoner and and even make amends in most instances for any
accident of its failure , he engages to pay a sum
of money for every prisoner convicted of a felony committed after the <add></add>
