To transcribe documents containing Bentham's ideas on jurisprudence see the boxes listed below. These boxes, which have been divided into Easy, Moderate and Difficult sub-categories according to the quality of Bentham's handwriting, include documents on the following subjects: the penal code; punishment and reward; specific legislation; juries; the Common Law; William Blackstone's Commentaries. Bentham discusses the Turnpike Act in box 95.
