Fo Army Service, for commencing, compleating or repairing a fortification, dismantle not so public building, tho' it be but ornamented, if from other sources materials can be had at little more expence. 2. So for NAvy Service cut not down trees serving for protecting lands or edifices against pernicious winds, nor even those serving for recreation or ornament. | |||
