<p><hi rend="underline">Ins</hi>, public men actually in power: <hi rend="underline">Outs</hi>,<lb/>
public men, not actually in power, but looking<lb/>
and <del><gap/></del> endeavouring to be so. These are the short definitions,<lb/>
and these for the purpose of the moment at least, may<lb/>
suffice.</p>

Fallacies Ch. Classification

Ins, public men actually in power: Outs,
public men, not actually in power, but looking
and endeavouring to be so. These are the short definitions,
and these for the purpose of the moment at least, may
suffice.

The import of the term Fallacies of the Ins, and that
of the term Fallacies of the Outs being given, the import
of Fallacies of the term Eitherside Fallacies is
also given.
