S.12 Pay. Minister's Pay.
Art. 1. The pay of a Minister is per day.
the same for all.
Art.2. If of the above named departments two or more

separated by the Prime Minister without authority from the Legislation.
Art.4. When by the death or dislocation of a Minister

down to the day on which the vacancy is filled up.
