this notice. As to the said Critique you and I are both alike persuaded<lb/>
that it will do service to the cause of truth &#x2014; to the side<lb/>
on which truth is. The only differences there will be between us<lb/>
will be the question on which that side is; and if the sense of<lb/>
that difference sits as easy upon you as it does upon me<lb/>
then will be very little matter for regret on either side. It will<lb/>

to me to hear that the merit displayed in this production of<lb/>
