If two persons go out together with intention to commit
a Robbery, and one of them commit murder without necessity,
the other not joining in the Murder: if such accomplice detesting
the Cruelty of his confederate will secure and convict him
or cause him to be secured within a Week so that he be
brought to Justice such repentant Accomplice shall receive
