for the purposes
of the Act of
7 July 1794

May it therefore please your Majesty
that it may be enacted And be
it enacted by the King's most excellent Majesty
by and with the advice and consent
of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal and
Commons in this present Parliament assembled
and by the authority of the same that so
soon as any Teoffee or Teoffees shall have
been appointed for the purposes of the said
Act of the 7th of July 1794 by the said
Lord High Treasurer or Lords Commissioners
of the Treasury for the time being, it shall
and may be lawful to and for such Teoffee
or Teoffees to treat in manner herein after
following: viz: on the part of the said Dean and Chapter mentioned with the Dean for the time being
of the said Collegiate Church of Westminster
or in case of a vacancy in the office of
Dean thereof then untill the filling up of such vacancy with the Senior Prebend
of the said Chapter thereof for the time being untill the filling
up of such vacancy and on the part of
the Inhabitants of the said United Parishes
of St Margarets and St Johns with the Vestry
men of the said United Parishes in joint
Vestry assembled and in the post of the
Rector of the said Parish of St John with the
