Art. 4. The prehension effected by the prehensive

the mode of compulsion is purely physical: when an
article of property it is not in relation to the
immediate subject matter purely physical; in relation to the person subject matter
ultimately intended to be operated upon. the subject
matter in which the ultimate effect is endeavoured
to be produced, psychological and pathological: the
