Application of
the monies to be
paid in compensation
for Rights
of common

And be it hereby enacted and declared
that whatever benefit shall by the award
of the said Commissioners or Arbitrators be
allotted and awarded in respect of all or
any of the said Lots to the Inhabitants
in compensation for the rights of common at
present exercisable in upon or in relation
to the said Lots or any part thereof and
hereby intentintended to be an extinguished shall
be awarded according to the nature thereof in such manner that the same
may accrue and enure to the Inhabitants
of the said United Parishes without exceptionindiscriminately
and that all monies accruing therefrom shall
be applied in casement of such part of the
Rate or Assessment made in virtue of the said
Act of the twenty fifth year of his said late
Majesty as "shall be appropriated for the
"cleansing of the Streets and repairing of the
"Highways in the said Parishes" the same
being the part charged under and by virtue of the said Act on all occupiers of Lands
Houses or other Buildings without distinction and
without any exception in favour of such of
the said occupiers as on account of poverty
are excused from the other part of the said
Rate or Assessment as is applied to the Relief of the Poor:
