1. Requisitions
1. Herewith you will receive the information of the
Services demand at your charge, as expressed in and by
his Demand paper [marked] A

filled up

2 This is to require you to appear at either to render
to him on or before the [ Year Month Day of Month
the service therein demanded or in person (legitimate excuses excepted) or by proxy (a)
to attend at the Justice Chamber of this Judicatory on the
[Year Month Day of Month] plans to meet the said Pursuer
or his proxy in the presence of the Judge: |3 or else
to cause to be received on or before the [Year Month day of Month] at the Judicatory directed addressed to the Registrar
thereof Your Defence paper by the the Letter post or otherwise the accompanying herewith enclosed Defence

up as therein directed instructed
