Meetings of the
Commissioners
till the business
is concluded
And be it further enacted that the first
meeting of the said Commissioners or Arbitrators
shall be [+] at 12 of the clock on the day fortnight after the [+] in the Guildhall of Westminster
day on which the said Feoffee or Feoffees shall
have entered and taken possession of the said
Lot A for the purposes of this Act for which
purpose notices of such entry shall respectively be
given to the said several parties by the said
Feoffee or Feoffees in the same manner as the
several notices herein before mentioned And
if by one of the clock the Commissioner or Commissioners any one on the part of any one or more
which should have attended on the part of any one or more of the said four parties the Comm should
fail to attend then the Commissioner of Commissioners
attending on behalf of the other or
others of the said parties shall proceed to
business and so toties quoties on each subsequent
meetings: and the said Commissioner or Commissioners
so attending shall proceed to business at the <add>said</add>time of 12 every
other day, Sundays, Christmas day and Good Friday excepted, untill the whole of
the business hereby given them in charge shall
have been contemplated except in as far as
any earlier or later day adjournment shall
have been made on any day to any earlier or later day by
the major part of such Commissioners those
present and shall not rise on any day untill continue sitting each day till four of the
clock unless on tha day there should not be any more business clock or so long as there shall be any business
capable of being duty performed.
